Vanilla face + body spa is located in the retail lobby of the Rendezvous Observation City Hotel, Scarborough and is open to both hotel residents and non-residents.

Vanilla is arranged over 2 floors.  Upstairs is the Spa dedicated to relaxation and well-being, and downstairs is a 'Finishing Touches' Salon catering for maintenance needs, and 'The V', Vanilla's teen spa which provides a fun experience for younger spa-goers.
 
There are male and female changing facilities, 8 treatment rooms, including several couples' suites where guests can enjoy side-by-side treatments, a steam room, rain shower, Vichy Shower, and a relaxation lounge where guests are provided with complimentary refreshments and encouraged to stay and relax for as long as they wish.

Luxurious robes, slippers, towels, toiletries, showers, hairdryers and lockers are all provided for guests' use.

With two beautiful Australian skincare ranges - Li'Tya and Uspa -Vanilla uses products of the highest quality and purity to provide the greatest benefit, and Vanilla's therapists are dedicated to delivering a truly memorable experience.

Vanilla accepts payment by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard and Hotel guests may arrange to charge back to their room accounts.
