Our restaurant and bar 'Swish' has recently reopened after undergoing a full refurbishment. There could be no better location for Swish Restaurant and Bar then poolside, offering a relaxed and chilled vibe with a great atmosphere for alfresco dining.
Swish Restaurant and Bar is now open with a new menu created by Executive Chef Lloyd Johnson which blends contemporary Australian flavours. Included are some examples of this delicious menu to tempt you.
· crispy duck blinis; shredded confit of duck leg with a rich plum sauce and mini herb pancakes
· tuna steak with salad nicoise; green beans, olives, chats, boiled egg and anchovies
· wild barramundi, pan fried with kipfler potatoes, olives, capers, rocket and a lemon butter

Bar service (Beer, Wine & Soft drinks) 10am to 4pm
Tapas, Cocktails and full bar service from 4pm
Dinner served from 6pm and last orders at 9pm.
